Because Music (hereafter the "Company"), a limited liability company with capital of €1,000,000, listed in the Paris Business Registry under B 479 088 569, with head office at 173/175 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75009 Paris, France, represented by its President, Mr. Emmanuel de Buretel, is organizing 3 (three) lucky draws, with no obligation to buy, called "JUSTICE: Win 2 “Rock en Seine” Tickets or Vinyls” (hereinafter referred to as together the “ Three Lucky Draws”).

article II: dates of the operation

The participation in the Three Lucky Draws are held on the Artist’s website available at the URL: www.tv.justice.church (hereinafter referred to as the “Artist’s website”) and organized within 3 (three) periods as follows:
- The First Period: from August 21, 2018, 12.00 am to August 24th, 2018, 18.00 pm (hereinafter referred to as “the First Lucky Draw”);
- The Second Period: from August 27, 2018 12.00 am to October 1st, 2018, 18.00 pm (hereinafter referred to as “the Second Lucky Draw”);
- The Third Period: from August 21, 2018, 12.00 am to October 1st, 2018, 18.00 pm (hereinafter referred to as “the Third Lucky Draw”).

Any entries after this date and time will not be considered.

Article III: Participants

The participation in the Three Lucky Draws is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in Metropolitan France for the First Lucky Draw and located in Continental Europe, United States and Canada for the Second and Third Lucky Draws (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

Any Participant who is a minor absolutely must have obtained parental authorization before registering in the Three Lucky Draws. The Company may require this parental authorization when the e-mails indicating the winners will sent out.

All people working for the Company, as well as their advisers and family members, are excluded from any participation in the Three Lucky Draws.

Article IV: Participation rules

Participation in the Three Lucky Draws covered by these Rules is free of charge.

To participate to the Three Lucky Draws, Participants shall connect to the Artist’s Website (www.tv.justice.church), during the Periods mentioned in Article II, and:
- register via the form provided for this purpose, by filling his/her information (first name, last name, address and e-mail address),
- and accept the general terms of use and the data policy of the Company and declare having read and accept these Rules.

By participating in the Three Lucky Draws, each Participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules.

By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants agree to receive all the newsletters from the Company including but not limited to Artist’s news.

Winners may be required to show proof of all the eligibility requirements (especially all requirements with respect to parental authorization and/or residence).

Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to parental authorization and residence) are void.

Limit of one (1) entry per person will be accepted in each Lucky Draw. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information, or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified.

Article V: Naming of winners and prizes

Representatives of the Company will select at random the lucky draw winners from eligible entries, at the end of each Period mentioned in Article II (hereinafter referred to as the "Winner").

The Company reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the Rules. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

Only one (1) person will be selected per Lucky Draw, i.e one Winner for the First Lucky Draw, one Winner for the Second Lucky Draw and one Winner for the Third Lucky Draw;

The Winner of the First Lucky Draw will receive 2 (two) tickets for 2 (two) people for the Sunday, August 26, 2018 festival "Rock en Seine".

The Winner may invite the person (s) of his/her choice, subject, in the case of minors, to his/her parental authorization.

The Winner of the Second Lucky Draw will receive 2 (two) vinyls "Woman Worldwide" dedicated by the Artist.

The Winner of the Third Lucky Draw will receive a "Woman Worldwide" pack, i.e a "Woman Worldwide" vinyl, a "Woman Worldwide" T-shirt and a "Woman Worldwide" totebag.

The Company shall contact the Winners at the end of each Period mentioned in Article III, by e-mail to their e-mail address provided in the registration form.

Article VI: Obligations of Winners of the Lucky draw “JUSTICE: WIN 2 “ROCK EN SEINE” TICKETS OR VINYLS"

Winner status is not transferrable and cannot be reimbursed in cash or any counterpart of any kind.

article VII: force majeure

The Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, change or cancel the Lucky Draw.

It may not be held liable for making any of these changes.

Article VIII: Responsibilities

It is expressly recalled that the Internet is not a securitized network.

The Company thus can not be held liable for contamination by any viruses or the intrusion of third parties into the terminal system of the Three Lucky Draws participants, and declines any responsibility for the consequences of the participants’ connections.

The Company declines any responsibility in the event of malfunction of its Internet network, in particular due to such malicious external deeds, which might hamper proper draw proceedings.

More particularly, the Company could not be held responsible for any damaged caused to the participants, to their computer hardware or to the data stored on it, or for any consequences to their personal or professional activities.

The Company’s responsibility may not be engaged either in the event of routing problems or loss of letter or e-mails.

Nor can the Company be held responsible if one or more participants cannot connect to the Artist’s Website, or cannot participate in the Three Lucky Draws due to any technical problem or defect stemming in particular from network bandwidth.

The Company’s responsibility cannot be retained either in the event of technical problems related to the various platforms.

The Company reserves the possibility to interrupt access to the Artist’s Website and to the three Lucky Draws it contains at any time and in particular for technical reasons, for updates and for maintenance.

The Company declines any responsibility in the event of an incident that may occur during participation in the Contest and subsequent to it.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident that occurs during the routing of the Winners to the Artist’s Website.

Any untruthful or deceitful declaration or any fraud disqualifies the Participant.

The Company, whose decisions cannot be appealed, shall settle any difficulty in interpreting or executing the Three Lucky Draws or its Rules.

No phone or written requests shall be answered concerning the interpretation or application of these Rules or the Three Lucky Draws mechanisms or procedures or the list of Winners.

Lastly, the Company may not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of connection rights or awarding of prizes of a participant, unless serious wrongdoing on the part of the Company can be proven.

Article IX: Rules

Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of the Contest Rules in full and without reservation.

The Rules may be changed at any time by an addendum by the Company under the stated terms published online as announced on the Artist’s Website.

The Rules can be consulted and printed on the Artist’s Website, and can be sent free of charge to anyone who so requests in writing before the end of each Period mentioned in Article II (the postmark date prevails) to the Three Lucky Draws address: Because Music – “JUSTICE: Win 2 “Rock en Seine” Tickets or Vinyls” - 173/175 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75009 Paris, France.

Stamp can be refunded on simple request accompanying the request of the Rules.

Article X: Disputes

Any practical difficulty with the application or interpretation of these Rules shall be decided sovereignty by the Company.

Any dispute or claim relative to the Three Lucky Draws must be made in writing and sent to the Company at the address: Because Music - “JUSTICE: Win 2 “Rock en Seine” Tickets or Vinyls” - 173/175 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75009 Paris, France and cannot be taken into consideration later than one month after closure of each Lucky Draw (as mentioned in Article II).

Article XI: Personal data

The data collected is processed by computer.

The Company will use the participant data collected in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation n° 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("RGPD") and the law "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978 in its current version.

Each participant has (under the conditions and limits provided for by the laws and regulations) the right to access, rectify or delete the data concerning him or her, or limiting the processing of the data is concerned, or opposition this treatment, or a right to the portability of its data.

Each Participant can choose at any time to no longer receive promotional communications from the Company, either by using the unsubscription mechanism contained in the e-mails received, or by sending to the Company an email to the following e-mail address: juridique1@because.tv.

Article XII: Intellectual property

Any reproduction or representation of all or part of the elements making up this contest is strictly forbidden.

Article XIII: Attribution of jurisdiction

Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to contests. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to settle amicably. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent Paris courts.
